摘要
中学数学教学正在面临着由应试教育向素质教育转轨的变革 ,因而 ,了解后进生 ,转化后进生是很有必要的 ,但应注意转化的方法和所采取的措施。
The middle school education is now facing a transition from the exam education to overall ability education, so the conversion of backward students is necessary, and we must pay attention the method & measures of this conversion.
