摘要
学分制在人才培养中具有学年制不可比的优越性 ,同时在实施学分制的实践中也有许多困难和不利因素 ,只要转变观念 ,理顺关系 ,加强管理 ,充分发挥教师和导师的育人作用 ,学分制在高等教育中就有强大的生命力。
The credit system is of great advantages, but its application also meets a lot of difficulties & unfavorable factors. The tutorial system will play a key role in higher education as long as we change concept, harmonize the relations and strengthen the management and bring the educational function of teachers & tutors into full play.
