文章通过分析中国社会“私了”现象存在的根源 ,揭示了塑造全民法律信仰与消除“私了”之间的内在关系 ,从而说明要实现社会主义法治 。

By analysing the existing root of the phenomena 'Private-transaction' in chinese society, The inner link between modelling a whole public belief in law and eliminating the phenomena of 'private-transaction' is reveded. from which we know that if we want to realize a socialist rule by law ,we must believe in law.
