福建省首例人体广州管圆线虫病疫源地的调查研究 被引量:1

THE AETIOLOGY AND EPIDEMIOLOGY INVESTIGATION OF THE FIRST CASE OF ANGIOSTRONGLIASIS CANTONENSIS IN HUMAN IN FUJIAN PROVINCE

摘要 目的以福建省首例人体广州管圆线虫病病例为线索进行本病的疫源地调查研究。方法1.捕捉患者发病前半生吃大瓶螺处的贝类及蛞蝓,检查广州管圆线虫幼虫;2.捕捉当地鼠检查广州管圆线虫;注意鼠粪中的广州管圆线虫幼虫并与粪类圆线虫等相鉴别;3.以发现的广州管圆线虫第3期幼虫感染实验大白鼠。结果 1.捕捉大瓶螺238只,检查124只,有广州管圆线虫幼虫者52只,感染率为41.94%,计数5只螺内幼虫,共发现13381条,其中最多者为8754条。检查蛞蝓3只,发现幼虫1条。2.检查褐家鼠2只,发现福氏类圆线虫幼虫1只。3.以发现的广州管圆线虫幼虫感染2只大白鼠,40天后在粪便中查出幼虫,42天后解剖,在肺与心脏检及雌、雄成虫66条及大量幼虫、虫卵。结论患者家乡——福建省闽侯县甘蔗镇三英村为广州管圆线虫病疫源地。 Objective To investigate the aetiology and epidemiology in the epidemic area of the first case of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis in Fujian Province. Methods Cought the Pila gigas and Philomycus bilineatus the patient ate before, checked up Angiostrongylus cantonensis, and infected the big white mouse. Caught the Rattus novegicus in the epidemic area and checked up the larva of A. cantonensis in the stool. Result 1. Collected and examined P. gigas, found the first, second and third stage of larve of A. cantonensis, the positive rate is 41.94% (52/124). The most one snail 8754 larva had been detected. Examiuned P. bilineatus and found larve of A. cantonensis, The positive rate is 33.3% (1/3). 2.Examined R. novegicus in the epidemic area, and found larva of Strongyloides fuelleborni, The positive rate is 50% (1/2). 3. Infected the two big white mouse with the of A. cantonensis, larve of A. contonensis were found in the stool 40 days after infection, and 66 adult worm, larvva and eggs were found in the hmgs and heart 42 days after infection. Conclusion It is proved that we have found the first case of angiastrongyliasis cantonensis in the San Ying Village of Min Houn County of Fujian Province and it is the natural epidemic area of A. cantonsis from the view of aetiology and epidemiology.
