Geomechanical Model Stability Test for Jiangkou Double-Curved Arch Dam

针对江口坝区内的多条软弱夹层以及断层、裂隙等地质构造不利条件对坝体稳定的影响,设计采取了基础处理措施.通过地质力学模型试验,研究江口大坝在进行基础处理后,坝体在设计荷载及超载作用下的稳定情况,为设计提供科学依据.

After the softlayers, cleavages and fault breaks in the dam zone which may cause the dam unstability were treated, a geomechanical model test was done to study the stability of Jiangkou dam operated under normal load conditions and over load conditions.
