摘要
根据华中4省电网调峰问题及负荷特性,阐述了加快建设抽水蓄能电站对优化电网电源结构、解决电网调峰有着重要的作用。介绍了湖北省白莲河抽水蓄能电站建设特点及有利条件。着重说明,只有统一认识,才能加快抽水蓄能电站建设。
In consideration of the different characters of four electric networks in Mid-China power system, the Bailianhe PSPS which has many favorable conditions is recommended. The urgent matter at present time is to unify the opinions of administrators concerned and make up mind to speed up the construction of Bailianhe PSPS.
