At present, the peaking regulation of Henan electric network is very difficult because the thermal power plants constitute the majority of power resources. In the days to come, the ratio of peak/valley load will increase rapidly, hence the peaking regulation problem will stick out more and more. The Baoquan PSPS is helpful to improve the operating conditions of Henan electric network, therefore, three management modes for it are analized.
