摘要
通过对师专学生教育实习中出现的一些不足之处,反映出高校师范教育要想为中学培养出合格的教师,就要在教和学等多方面采取相应的措施,提高教学质量,提高师范学生素质。
The paper analyzes the deficiency of teachers college's students teaching practice and suggests some relevant measures in teaching and learning to improve teaching quality and college students' quality to meet the secondary school's demand for the qualified teacher trainee.
