摘要
正常浸种后的玉米种子,在不同浓度CuSO_4处理下进行培养,结果表明:随着Cu^(2+)浓度的增高,对种子的发芽率影响较小,但根的生长受到强烈抑制,芽的生长也受到影响,幼苗体内的淀粉酶活性下降,过氧化物酶活性却升高,脯氨酸含量亦增加。
If corn seeds after proper seed soaking are caltivated under the treatment of differengt CuSO4 concentrations , it turns out that with the increase of Cu2+, the influence on seed germination percentage is relatively small,but the growth of roots is strongly checked and the growth of sprouts is also affected. At the same time, the amylase activity in seedling declines. On the other hand,the activity of ferment peroxide rises and the content of proline increases, too.
