刑事诉讼的价值在于正义的实现。这种正义既表现为实体正义也表现为程序正义。前者是指刑事诉讼在实现刑事实体法规定方面所具有的有效性 。

The value of criminal precedure lies in the achievement of justice.The justice includes substantial justice and procedural justice.The former is validity of criminal procedure in implementing the provisions of criminal law,the later is the good and rationality which is independent with the result of the procedure.
