“治江三阶段”与长江的防洪实践一样 ,经历了由粗到精 ,由浅入深 ,从个人的简单设想到长江水利委员会集体智慧结晶的过程。它的每一步进展都紧随着“长江委人”的治江实践 ,体现着“长江委”由小到大 ,由弱到强的进程。
Like flood control of the Changjiang River,'The Three-staged Treatment of the Changjiang River' has undergone a long process of growing from the rough to the fine,from the easy to the difficult,from personal tentative ideas to the collective wisdom of the Changjiang Water Resources Commission.Its progress embodies the course of CWRC's growing from small to big and from weak to strong.
