摘要
煤矿开采引起的地面塌陷问题由来已久 ,属于一种人为的灾害现象 ,给矿区工农业生产、人民生活、环境卫生乃至经济发展及生态平衡等方面带来严重的不良影响。文章从可持续发展战略角度分析了采煤塌陷的危害与控制意义 ,论述了塌陷控制的研究现状及其在防灾减灾研究领域中的地位与作用 ,提出了建立以覆岩离层充填减沉技术为核心的综合技术系统是控制采煤塌陷的发展方向。
Land collapse is the man-made geological hazard during the mining. The collapsing ground has brought、is bringing and will bring the serious blight to the industry、agriculture、people's lives、circumstance and even to the country economic developing. The thesis analyses the harm of mining collapse and the meaning of the standing-developing stratagem. This paper discusses the actuality of controlling subsiding and effect in the fields of defending and decreasing hazard. The essay brings forward the conclusion that the technology of injecting the grouts into the separated strata is the best mean to control the Land collapse.
