摘要
以乙二胺(EDA)和丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为原料,采用发散法合成了各代聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树状大分子,红外光谱分析结果证明合成产物具有目标分子结构。正交实验结果表明,整代PAMAM树状大分子最适宜合成条件为:反应时间24 h,反应温度25℃,n(0.5 G)/n(EDA)1∶8,溶剂甲醇用量20%。采用2.0,3.0代PAMAM树状大分子对工业含油污水进行除油实验,结果表明,3.0代PAMAM的除油效果最佳,优于装置在用进口药剂罗曼哈斯,且在其加剂量为70 mg/L时,除油率达到85.1%,悬浮物质量浓度从138 mg/L降至73 mg/L。
