摘要
针对中国石油兰州石化公司高压聚乙烯装置新开发绝缘电缆料2210 H存在介电性能差、交联能力弱的缺陷,采用增大弛放气排放量的同时提高丙烯用量、降低丙醛用量的方法,使系统杂质含量降低,产品介电损耗减小至(1.4~1.9)×10-4,介电常数为2.24;采用逐步提高1~4反应器反应温度的方法,将反应压力从258~262 MPa降低至256~259 MPa,使产品支化度由15.4~15.7上升至15.7~16.3。应用结果表明,改进后2210 H的介电损耗在市场同类产品中最小,其支化度较高,仅需添加2%(质量分数)交联剂过氧化二异丙苯即可达到交联要求。
In accordance with the defects of cable insulation grade product 2210 H lately produced in the high pressure low density polyethylene unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,such as poor dielectric property and low cross-linking ability,by increasing purge gas emission and adding propylene instead of a part of propylaldehyde,the impurities content in the reaction system were decreased,the dielectric loss angle tangent of the product decreased to(1.4-1.9)× 10-4,and the dielectric constant were 2.24.By means of...
