摘要
以水热改性的Hβ沸石分子筛为催化剂,乙醇和叔丁醇为原料,合成乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)。考察了水热改性条件对催化活性的影响,对醚化反应条件进行了优化,并考察了催化剂的运行稳定性。结果表明,沸水水热处理对Hβ沸石分子筛催化活性影响不大,而高温水热处理可使其催化活性明显提高,且经600℃水热处理的催化剂活性最高;以600℃水热处理的Hβ沸石分子筛为催化剂,在温度为105℃、空速为12 h-1的优化醚化反应条件下,产物中ETBE的质量分数达到37.06%,催化剂可稳定运行170 h。
