摘要
介绍了国内某大型炼油厂首次引进的意大利SINI公司的高H_2S/SO_2比硫回收新工艺(HCR)的技术特点,并与常规技术进行对比。其主要特点为:采用高H_2S/SO_2比率,尽管Claus转化率下降约0.2%,胺溶剂用量增加约5%,对于Claus转化率和过程气物流量的影响较小,但该技术与还原吸收尾气处理技术结合,不仅使装置的总硫回收率保持在99.8%以上,而且装置对原料酸性气波动的适应性增强,操作弹性较大,不额外增加投资。工艺流程改进包括:把三冷气被冷却温度降至135℃,以减少雾状硫损失;急冷塔分为上下两段冷却,以减少工艺凝液对下游胺液系统的污染。对装置试生产结果与设计数据进行了比较。
