摘要
以小陆家嘴地区为研究对象,针对城市中低压配电网存在的问题及该地区需求特点,从配电SCADA、馈线自动化和配网应用分析软件等方面探讨了配置需求和实施要点,并结合实例提出了具体的技术实现方案。结果表明,实用型配电自动化技术可有效指导建设实施,对提高配电网的供电能力和供电可靠性具有重要意义。
