摘要
以58份美国玉米自交系为试验材料,采用人工接种方法进行玉米自交系抗丝黑穗病鉴定。连续两年鉴定结果表明,供试材料对玉米丝黑穗病抗性差异较大,抗病和感病自交系各占50%。其中B90、LH38和IRF240等10份自交系表现为高抗,在抗病育种中可优先利用;B105、B108、B103等13份自交系表现为高感,在抗病育种中应改良后利用。
The responses of 58 inbred lines introduced from US were evaluated for head smut resistance with artificial inoculation. Two year evaluations showed a large difference in responses to head smut resistance. The number of resistant and susceptible lines were equal. Ten lines, such as B90, LH38, IRF240 were evaluated for high resistance to head smut which could be used in breeding program.
