分析了热销中的煤炭市场。认为煤电价格之争的根本原因是煤电行业改革不同步 ,需要建立煤电价格联动机制的保证措施和监督保障机制 ,保证电煤市场供应稳定。煤炭行业要提高抵御市场风险的能力 ,呼吁出台《煤炭交易规则》 ,建立规范的煤炭市场。

Based on the analyses on the hot coal market, this paper puts forward that the ultimately reason of price combat of steam coal is that the reforms of coal sector and power sector are not synchronous, guarantee measures and supervision system for price linkage of coal and electricity are necessary. Coal companies must enhance their abilities of warding off the market risks. Also the author appeals that trading rules of coal should be constitute to establish normative coal market.
