Bottleneck of College Students Organization Development and Countermeasures in New Era

新时期学生组织在高校蓬勃发展,发挥着服务同学、帮助学校管理等作用,但在新的形势下,学生组织在发展的过程中也出现了一些问题,存在五个发展瓶颈,应该引起重视,并通过对学生组织的组织定位、人力资源开发、组织架构、活动开展和体制等方面进行改革完善,充分发挥其应有作用。

A new era in college student organizations flourish,playing a service students,to help schools and management role,but in the new situation,the student organization in the course of development,there have been some problems,there are five development bottleneck,should arouse attention,and through the organization of student organization orientation,human resource development,organizational structure,activities undertaken and institutional reforms in areas such as sound and fully play its due role.
