随着基础教育课程改革的实施与发展,高校体育教育改革也势在必行。田径课程作为高校体育教育的主干课程之一所涉及的项目复杂,在学习时很容易产生枯燥乏味的感觉,也因此在教学中的要求不断提高。本文通过结合美国先进的田径教学理论以及体育教育教学改革的现状,提出了我国高校体育教育思想的革新,探究了田径教学发展的趋势。
