人民币流通质量下降的问题近几年来表现比较突出,究其原因,主要有商业银行社会责任意识的缩小、县域人民银行发行库的撤并、金融机构对兑换残损人民币宣传力度小等。对此,应积极开展人民币知识的宣传,提高员工素质和服务意识,同时,加强监管力度,改善服务手段,并改进商业银行现金调运模式,降低商业银行调运资金风险和调运成本。
