摘要
设备风险分配是基于风险的维护中的基本问题,已有的风险分配方法对降低风险带来的维护成本的增加缺乏足够的考虑.不同设备部件降低相同风险带来的成本增加是不同的,基于此,利用故障树分析法建立部件风险和设备风险之间的函数关系,以总维护成本为优化目标,建立风险分配的优化模型,并详细讨论串联系统在部件寿命服从Weibull分布条件下的解.案例研究的结果表明了模型可以在保证风险水平下降低维护成本.
