摘要
根据JJF1059-1999,评定了高效液相色谱法测定原料乳与乳制品中三聚氰胺的不确定度,分析了不确定度的来源。乳制品中三聚氰胺测定结果为(4.3±0.84)mg/kg(k=2)。
According to JJF 1059-1999, the uncertainty of melamine determination in raw milk and dairy products by HPLC was evaluated, and the sources of uncertainty were analyzed. The result of melamine determination in dairy products was (4.3±0.84) mg/kg(k=2).
