气相色谱法测定丙烯酸生产催化焚烧尾气中丙烯醛的含量

DETERMINATION OF ACROLEIN IN ACROLEIC ACID PRODUCING BURNING OFF-GAS BY CAPILLARY GAS CHRONMATOGRAPHY

摘要 采用毛细管气相色谱法测定丙烯酸生产催化焚烧尾气中丙烯醛的含量。色谱柱为FFAP(25m×0.53mm,1.0μm),检测器为FID,用1,4-二氧六环作内标物。检出限为0.029mg/m3,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.93%~2.48%(n=5),加标回收率为97.4%~103.1%。 The content of acrolein in burning off-gas which was initiated by acroleic acid production process was determined by capillary gas chronmatography with FFAP column(25 m×0.53 mm, 1.0 μm) and FID detector. Internal standard substances was 1,4-dioxane. The detection limit was 0.029 mg/m3. The relative standard deviation was 0.93%-2.48%(n=5), and the recoveries were 97.4%-103.1%.
