高强度聚焦超声骶前神经毁损术治疗慢性盆腔痛

The Role of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound in Presacral Neurectomy for the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Pain

目的评价高强度聚焦超声骶前神经毁损术治疗慢性盆腔痛的疗效。方法 15例妇科慢性盆腔疼痛患者超声实时引导下用高强度聚焦超声对骶前神经进行热辐照治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后3天,1个月、2个月对患者行VAS、血浆p物质变化的评价。结果治疗后患者疼痛明显减轻或消失,VAS及血浆p物质较治疗前明显降低,且未发生严重并发症。结论 HIFU治疗时无创伤、无副作用,是治疗妇科慢性盆腔疼痛的一种安全、有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the analgesia therapy of presacral neurectomy by high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) on patient of CPP.Methods 15 patients with CPP were exposed to the heat radiaton which was focused at the superior hypogastric plexus using HIFU guided by B-US.The changes of VAS and plasma SP before treatment,3 days,1 month,2 months after treatment were measured respectively.Results The pain was mostly relieved.VAS and plasma SP significantly deceased after treatment.No severe complications occurr...
