兔VX2胆总管移植瘤致胆道梗阻模型的建立

Establishment of Biliary Obstruction Model by Implanting VX2 Tumor in the Common Bile Duct of Rabbits

目的探讨通过胆总管移植肿瘤法建立胆道梗阻模型。方法新西兰大白兔30只,通过注射VX2瘤组织混悬液建立胆总管移植瘤,应用CT检测移植瘤生长情况及胆道扩张程度。结果兔VX2胆总管移植瘤成功率为68%,均造成胆道梗阻。结论手术种植胆道肿瘤法可建立胆道梗阻模型,且成功率较高,能够为胆道梗阻的诊治提供可利用的动物模型。

Objective To explore the establishment of biliary obstruction model of rabbits by the method of transplantation tumor of common bile duct.Methods VX2 transplantation tumors of common bile duct were established in 30 New Zealand rabbits through injecting suspension of VX2 tumors,then the tumors and the extent of cholangiectasis were examined by CT.Results The success rate of transplantation tumors was 68%.All the VX2 transplantation tumors of common bile duct caused biliary obstruction.Conclusion The biliary...
