摘要
目的总结人工全髋关节翻修术的术中护理。方法回顾性总结2007年7月～2009年12月共7例人工全髋关节翻修术中的治疗及护理。结果 7例病人手术均获成功,术后无1例发生早期感染。结论全髋修整术较首次置换术难度高、创面大、无菌要求高、患者对再次手术顾虑多,因此对术中的护理也提出了更高的要求。
