摘要
男性尿道取样主要采用尿道拭子取样,尿道拭子为长约5cm的钢针,钢针顶部缠绕有脱脂棉,取样时将拭子插入尿道内约2.5～3cm,轻轻转动拭子即可。由于男性尿道特殊的解剖结构并且尿道黏膜神经末梢非常丰富。
