摘要
宝钢股份公司中厚板分公司厚板厂4200 mm轧机L2系统交工运行后,数据库归档作业存在设计缺陷,致使生产过程中出现归档作业异常致使数据库线程死锁,耗尽系统资源的情况发生,导致生产中断。针对这个问题,在原有归档作业的基础上,采取添加状态检测、加强数据库归档处理能力、优化数据库数据记录的清除作业等措施,使L2数据库归档作业能够在异常状态下,正确处理数据,避免对轧机L2系统产生影响,保证生产的稳定顺行。
