中厚板分公司的运维备件维护引入“零库存管理”的初步研究

Primary Research on "Zero-stock Management" Introduced for Spare Parts of Baosteel Heavy Plate Branch

在论述了存货、零库存等相关概念基础知识的基础上,通过对宝钢股份公司中厚板分公司运维备件零库存管理的实施背景、实施途径、特点、应用创新、发展前景等诸方面进行初步分析,对传统零库存思想进行了改革,特别是对备件所有权归属方案的设计和实施,作了有别于传统零库存的重大改良。今后,通过建立多层次库存管理体系,不断完善备件库存管理结构,丰富零库存备件产品类别,必将给公司备件管理平台的发展注入新的活力。
