摘要
[目的]研究银杏达莫对兔心肌缺血预适应的保护作用。[方法]结扎兔左冠状动脉前降支制作心肌缺血预适应模型,随机分为缺血再灌注组、缺血预适应组和银杏达莫组(缺血再灌注+银杏达莫和缺血预适应+银杏达莫)。观察血清心肌酶学变化及血清一氧化氮浓度的变化。[结果]缺血预适应组心肌酶水平与缺血再灌注组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。缺血预适应组血清一氧化氮水平明显提高较缺血再灌注组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]银杏达莫运用于缺血预适应时可对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
[Objective] To study the protective effects of Egb on myocardial ischemic preconditioning in vivo rabbits.[Methods]Anesthetized rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups:Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion group,myocardial ischemic preconditioning group,Egb group(Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion and Egb),so as to observe the myocardial enzyme in the plasma and the levels in serum NO.[Results]Egb and Myocardial ischemic preconditioning could decrease the enzymes of the cardiac muscle,increase the serum NO.Myocardial ischemic preconditioning and Egb could strengthen the role of protecting the ischemic myocardial cells.[Conclusions]Myocardial ischemic preconditioning and Egb can protect myocardial ischemia-reperfusion cardiac muscle.
