闭合复位经皮穿针内固定配合中药治疗儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折

Close Reposition Dermal Acupuncture Internal Fixation Combined with TCM Treat Children Gartland Ⅲ Humeral Supracondylar Fracture

[目的]探讨儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折的有效治疗方法。[方法]对30例儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折采用闭合复位经皮穿针内固定配合中药治疗。[结果]随访3～6个月,本组30例,优21例,良7例,可2例,优良率93.33%。[结论]闭合复位经皮穿针内固定配合中药治疗儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折是比较简单有效的方法之一。

[Objective] To investigate the effective method for children Gartland Ⅲ humeral supracondylar fracture. [Method] 30 cases were treated with close reposition dermal acupuncture internal fixation combined with TCM. [Result] Followed up for 3~6m, 21 had excellent result, 7 good, 2 just so so, and the excellence rate 93.33%. [Conclusion] The said method is one of simple and effective methods for the disease above.
