穴位注射配合推拿治疗慢性腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Acupoint Injection and Massage Treat Chronic Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

[目的]观察穴位注射配合推拿治疗慢性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。[方法]选择慢性腰突症患者165例,分成治疗组90例,对照组75例,治疗组采用穴位注射配合推拿治疗,对照组采用针刺配合药物治疗,疗程结束后评价疗效。[结果]治疗组90例中治愈52例,好转36例,无效2例,总有效率97.8%。对照组75例中治愈18例,好转33例,无效24例,总有效率68.0%。两组疗效比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。[结论]穴位注射配合推拿对慢性腰突症有较好的疗效。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effects of acupoint injection and massage on chronic prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc(CPLID).[Method] 165 cases were divided into treatment group 90(1) and control 75(2),group 1 took acupoint injection and massage; other acupuncture and medicine; compare their effects.[Result] In group 1,52 cases were cured,36 better,2 no effect,total effective rate 97.8%; for group 2,they were 18,33,24 and 68.0% respectively; there’s marked meaning by comparison.[Conclusion] Acupoint injection and massage have good cure effect on CPLID.
