摘要
综述近十年来针刺分娩镇痛的临床及机理研究进展,针刺分娩镇痛方法有确定的镇痛效果,并可缩短产程,减少产后出血,但因选穴不一,手法不同而使镇痛效果出现差异,镇痛效果评定标准各异,针刺分娩镇痛的机理缺乏系统性研究。
It reviews on the clinical acupuncture analgesic of childbirth and its mechanism study in recent 10 years; acupuncture analgesics has definite effect on childbirth,it can shorten course and post-birth bleeding; but it has different effects with different acupoints and standards; it lacks systemic research.
