摘要
[目的]观察温通法治疗乳腺囊肿继发感染的疗效。[方法]80例患者随机分为中药组和西药组两组,中药组采用中药阳和汤加减治疗,西药组采用青霉素注射治疗。[结果]中药组总有效率为97.50%,西药组总有效率为75.00%。中药组的总体治愈趋势好于西药组。[结论]温通法中药治疗乳腺囊肿继发感染,临床效果较好。
[Objective]To analyze the cure effect of Wentong method treating galactophore cyst successive infection.[Method]Randomly divide 80 cases into TCM group and WM group;first group takes Yanghe Decoction;other takes Pen.[Result]In TCM group,the total effective rate was 97.50%;WM group,75.00%;the first group was better than WM group on total cure trend.[Conclusion]Wentong method has good clinical effect on galactophore cyst successive infection.
