摘要
[目的]观察当归四逆汤加味治疗卡培他滨导致手足综合征的疗效。[方法]47例患者被随机分为2组,治疗组24例,服用当归四逆汤加味,对照组口服维生素B6。[结果]治疗组总有效率为79.2%,对照组总有效率为47.8%,两组间比较有显著差异。[结论]当归四逆汤加味治疗卡培他滨导致的手足综合征效果较好。
[Objective] To observe the influence of Angelica Sini Decoction on hand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine.[Method] 47 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group(1)takes the revised decoction;the control one(2)Vitamin B6.[Result] The total effective rate was 79.2% for group 1,47.8% for group 2,there’s marked difference between them.[Conclusion] The said decoction has good effect on the syndrome above.
