乳腺髓细胞肉瘤1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 髓细胞肉瘤(粒细胞肉瘤GS)Myeloid Sarcoma(Granu Locytic Sarcoma)是一种少见的髓细胞系恶性肿瘤的一种变异,较常见于儿童,发生在年轻女性乳房实属少见,肿瘤细胞由大小较一致的相对未成熟的细胞构成,易被误诊为分化差的恶性淋巴瘤、浸润性小叶癌、小细胞癌等,通过临床实验室检查,尤其是骨髓象,再结合病理免疫组化检测可明确诊断,减少不必要的过度治疗。
