旋复代赭汤加味治疗胃食管反流病30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Treated with Xuanfudaizhe Decoction

[目的]评价旋复代赭汤加味治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)疗效。[方法]60例GERD患者随机分为两组,治疗组予旋复代赭汤加味口服8周,对照组予奥美拉唑、吗叮啉口服8周。[结果]中药可以明显改善GERD患者各项典型症状,与对照组比较,总有效率无显著性差异。[结论]旋复代赭汤加味对GERD治疗具有明显临床疗效,与奥美拉唑、吗叮啉口服比较无显著差异,值得深入研究。

[Objective] To evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of Xuanfudaizhe Decoction plus on Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease(GERD).[Methods] 60 cases of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=30)with Xuanfudaizhe Decoction Plus for 8 w,the control group(n=30)with oral administration of Omeprazole Capsule and Domperidone Tablet for 8 w.[Results] After treatment,the cumulative scores of the symptoms decreased significantly on both groups.Xuanfudaizhe Decoction Plus can significantly improve the typical symptoms of patients with GRED.[Conclusion] Xuanfudaizhe Decoction Plus has obvious therapeutic effect on GERD as good as Omeprazole Capsule and Domperidone Tablet.
