摘要
[目的]建立咳尔康口服液中多糖含量的测定方法。[方法]采用改良的苯酚-硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,考察方法的线性、稳定性及加样回收率。通过检测葡萄糖的含量,反映样品中多糖的含量。[结果]葡萄糖浓度在18.2~91.0mg.ml-1范围呈线性关系(R2=0.9952);平均回收率99.94%;相对标准偏差RSD=1.10%。[结论]运用改良的苯酚-硫酸法测定三批咳尔康口服液中多糖的含量分别为36.32,30.90,32.75mg.mL-1,方法简便,重现性好,可以作为咳尔康口服液中多糖成分的质量控制方法。
[Objective] To determine the content of total polysaccharide in Keerkang Oral Liquid.[Methods] Taking glucose as contrast,the determination was performed with the improved pheno1-sulfuric acid method.The content of polysaccharide was reflected with content of glucose.[Results] The linear range for the detection of glucose was 18.2~91.0 mg·mL-1(R2=0.9952)and the average recovery was 99.94%;the relative standard deviation was 1.10%.[Conclusion]This method was simple and accurate and it could be used for quality control of total polysaccharide in Keerkang Oral Liquid.
