基于灰色物元分析法的国际石油工程项目投标风险评价

Risk assessment for tendering and applying for international petroleum project based on FHW

针对国际石油工程项目投标活动具有政治色彩浓、敏感性高、竞争激烈等特点,在综合分析投标风险影响因素基础上,以来自投标企业自身的风险等6个风险因素作为一级指标,构建国际石油工程项目投标风险评价指标体系及灰色物元评价模型.结合苏丹某石油工程项目投标案例进行风险评价,得出该项目投标的整体风险适中,并确定主要投标风险.该实例的灰色物元风险评价方法具有普遍适用性,为其他国际石油工程项目投标风险评价提供了一定的借鉴和参考.
