137例缺血性脑血管病患者中医证候研究

TCM Syndrome Study on 137 Cases of Ischemic Cerebral Vascular Disease

[目的]探讨缺血性脑血管病中医证候分型,为缺血性脑血管病的中医药防治提供理论依据。[方法]对诊断为缺血性脑血管病的137例患者,收集相关中医四诊资料,采用主成分分析、系统聚类分析法进行统计学处理。[结果]所有患者的中医证型可分为:肝阳上亢,脉络空虚证;肝肾不足,痰瘀互结证;肝气郁结证;气血亏虚,肾气不固证;脾虚湿盛,风痰阻络证;瘀血内停,湿热交阻证等六类。[结论]缺血性脑血管病中医证候的研究,为缺血性脑血管病证候要素的确立提供了理论依据,将推动缺血性脑血管病证候诊断标准的建立。

[Objective] To explore the types of TCM syndrome of ischemic vascular disease,offering base for its TCM prevention and treatment.[Method] Collect 137 cases’ data;take main component analysis and systemic clustering analysis for statistics treatment.[Result] All patients can be divided into 6 types:hyperactive liver Yang and deficient collateral;deficient liver and kidney,with stasis of sputum;blocked liver Qi;deficient qi and blood,unstable kidney qi;deficient spleen and excessive wetness,wind sputum blocking collateral;blood stasis inside and dampness and heat inter-blocked.[Conclusion] The study on TCM syndrome of the disease provides theoretic foundation for its defining syndrome factors,which will promote diagnosis standard establishment of the disease.
