中药分期治疗念珠菌性阴道炎疗效观察

Mildew Vaginitis Treated with TCM in Different Stages

[目的]观察不同治疗方法对念珠菌性阴道炎患者的近期和远期疗效。[方法]将120例患者随机分为A、B、C三组,分别用西药、中药和中药分期治疗,14d后观察疗效。[结果]近期疗效三组患者都较显著,治愈率B、C组优于A组,远期疗效三组有显著性差异(P<0.05),C组优于B组,B组优于A组。[结论]中药分期治疗念珠菌性阴道炎更能体现中医辨证论治的原则,远期疗效更为显著。

[Objective] To observe the later and farther cure effect of different therapies on mildew vaginitis.[Method] Randomly divide 120 cases into 3 groups of A,B,C,respectively taking WM,TCM and TCM stages for 14d,then observe the cure effect.[Result] For later cure effect,it was marked,the cure rates of B and C were better than A;for farther effect,there’s obvious difference among them,C better than A and B.[Conclusion] TCM stages therapy can more embody TCM principle of differentiation of signs in treating mildew vaginitis,with more marked farther cure effect.
