摘要 本文介绍利用Altair/HyperMesh软件创建某紧凑型轿车白车身有限元模型,运用MSC/Nastran软件求解白车身结构的固有模态、静态弯曲刚度和扭转刚度。介绍相关试验方法,并把试验值和CAE分析值进行比较。验证了CAE分析模型的有效性,认为该车型车身具有较好的动态特性和静态扭转刚度。 A finite element model of a compact automobile body-in-white was established using the Altair HyperMesh software.The inherent normal modes,static bending and torsion stiffness of the body-in-white were resolved by the MSC Nastran software.Relevant test methods were presented.The test results were compared with the computer aided engineering(CAE) analysis.The validity of the CAE analysis model was confirmed.It is indicated that the automobile body-in-white possesses good dynamic characteristics and static to...
