近几年来,通货紧缩现象在我国经济发展过程中已经出现,抑制了社会有效需求,影响了企业正常的生产经营,提高了金融中介成本。要有效控制通货紧缩,就应执行积极的财政政策和宽松的货币政策,建立更加公平有效的分配机制。

In recent years,the unfavorable effects of deflation have retarded the effective needs,affected the normal business in enterprise,and increased the intermediary cost.Therefore,to constrain deflation effectively,we should carry on active finance policy and liberal currency,and establish fairer and more effective distribution system.
