摘要
现代林业企业在激烈的市场竞争中获得并维持竞争优势必须进行战略管理。本文回顾了战略管理理论的演变,对当今两大主流战略管理理论———竞争战略理论和核心能力理论作了对比分析,并指出其在林业企业中的适用性。
In order to gain and maintain competitive advantage,Modern forestry enterprises must carry out strategy management.This paper reviews the evolution of strategic management theories,and analyzes the two principal strategy management theories——competitive strategy theory and core competence theory.In the end,the paper puts forward the application of these two theories in forestry enterprises.
