摘要
糖尿病是一种以高血糖为主要生化特征的全身慢性代谢性疾病。儿童糖尿病是指15或20岁以前发生的糖尿病,绝大多数为型糖尿病。近年来儿童型糖尿病有流行的趋势。现就儿童型糖尿病的流行病学、病因、发病机制、治疗和预防的研究进展作一综述。
