外源葫芦巴碱诱导AM真菌侵染玉米幼苗根系研究 被引量:1

Study on Maize Root Infection with AM Fungi Induced by Exogenous Trigonelline

摘要 研究外源葫芦巴碱(TRG)处理对AM真菌(Glomus etunicatum and Glomus mosseae)侵染玉米幼苗根系的影响。结果表明,外源葫芦巴碱明显提高了AM真菌的侵染率,玉米根系活力增强,玉米幼苗根系干重、叶绿素含量、地上部可溶性糖含量和含磷量均提高。葫芦巴碱在促进AM真菌和宿主植物的相互识别中发挥重要作用。 Maize root infection effects of inoculation with AM fungus(Glomus etunicatum and Glomus mosseae) after application of exogenous trigonelline were investigated.The results showed that mycorrhizal infection rate and root activity in maize root was promoted greatly by exogenous trigonelline.Root dry weight,chlorophyll contents,soluble sugar and phosphorus contents in maize shoot were increased by application of exogenous trigonelline.Therefore,it have been suggested that trigonelline played important role in p...
