胺鲜酯对高产玉米的调控作用研究

Regulation of DA-6 on New Species of High Yield Maize

采用田间小区试验,研究了新型植物生长调节剂胺鲜酯在高产玉米新品种不同生育时期处理对植株的生理调控作用和产量的影响。结果表明:胺鲜酯各时期处理显著增加了茎秆粗度,提高了植株根系活力、穗位叶叶绿素含量、光合速率、硝酸还原酶(NR)和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)的活性,在植株开花期至灌浆期提高幅度最大。7～8叶期喷雾处理调控作用最佳,可减少雌穗秃尖长度,增加行粒数,对子粒产量的增产幅度达13.0%,增产作用显著。

A field experiment was conducted to compare the effects of DA-6 on new species of the high yield maize in different application periods.The results showed that sprayed with DA-6,which concentration is the 10 mg/L,in different application periods significantly increased the stem diameter,the root activities,chlorophyll contents,photosynthetic rate,nitrate reductase activities,glutamine synthetase activities in maize functional leaves,especially from flowering period to filling stage.Sprayed with DA-6 at the ...
