妇女社会工作教学法初探

Preliminarily Exploring the Methods of the Teaching of Social Work for Women

妇女社会工作是社会工作专业的主干课程。笔者在刚性比较强的理工科大学开设妇女社会工作课程,作了一定理论思考和行动创新,特在本文加以总结。一是紧扣教学目的,精选教材,灵活编写教学大纲。二是教学相长,尊重学生主体性,将互动式教学引入课堂。具体包括情景模拟法、影碟及其他文本教学、分组讨论、让学生走上讲台进行讲授。三是热心学生工作,支持大学生社团活动。

Social work for women is a main basic course of social work profession.I have offered course in Zhejiang Sci-Tech University,and made systemic study in theory and innovating of action.First,according to emotion element in teaching,I choose teaching material carefully,compiling teaching program neatly.Second,I have adopted the method of interactive learning,including sight simulation method,showing disc,Text Teaching and split up into small groups to discuss.Third,uphold unions for college students.
